Adhesive capsulitis of the shoulder joint is a common disorder characterized by gradual increase pain and limitation in range motion joint. The pathophysiological process involves fibrous inflammation capsule leading to capsular thickening contracture. Intra-articular corticosteroid injection commonly performed patients with adhesive capsulitis. However, there no consensus as best site. Corticosteroid sites for treatment include posterior approach, rotator interval multi-site, subacromial injection. All methods lead improvement cases.
